18 USC §2257 Record-Keeping Compliance Statement

The operator of Pornô Carioca is not the producer (whether primary or secondary, as defined in 18 USC § 2257) of any content found on Pornô Carioca. The operator’s activities regarding such content are limited to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and/or formatting of representations posted by third-party users, in areas of the site under user control.

Please direct any requests you may have regarding §2257 records in relation to any content found on Pornô Carioca directly to the respective uploader, amateur, producer, studio, or account holder of the content (“Verified Uploaders”).

Pornô Carioca follows the following strict compliance procedures regarding uploaded content:

• All Verified Uploaders must be over eighteen (18) years of age (or the age required by their State, jurisdiction, or Country if above 18), and must be personally identified and verified by Pornô Carioca at the time of account activation before being allowed to upload, share, and sell content on Pornô Carioca.

• Before uploads, Pornô Carioca ensures that all Verified Uploaders provide evidence or certify that:

  • All individuals appearing in the content are over 18 years of age (or the minimum age required to appear in such content by their state, jurisdiction, or country if above 18).

  • They freely consented to appear in the content at the time of its production and agreed to its upload on Pornô Carioca.

• As the producer of said content, the Verified Uploader certifies compliance with the record-keeping requirements under USC § 2257 for all content uploaded to Pornô Carioca and agrees to promptly provide such documentation upon request.
